The Department of Hospitality Management at Goodwin College, Drexel University offers the following undergraduate degrees: (1) BS in Hospitality Management (HM) with concentrations in Lodging Administration Food & Beverage Management and Travel and Tourism Consulting, (2) BS in Culinary Arts (CULA) with a Business minor. Both programs prepare students for leadership positions with a global perspective. The HM and CULA programs are among the leading technology-oriented programs in the country, offering students exposure to cutting edge problem solving techniques and ideas. Among the features that distinguish us are a 14,000 square-foot state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, The Academic Bistro (student run restaurant & lounge), Goodwin Technology Center, North Conference Room, and The Culinary Reference Library, The Center for the Study of Wine and Food and the Ross Commons Advisement Center, and as well as a student-run kitchen garden.
