NYC tourism chief: We are bullish on recovery

Fred Dixon, CEO of NYC & Co. said bringing back tourism in New York City needs to target those close by. “We have to fish where the fish are,” he said, adding “we are really turning to New Yorkers to bring back the vibrancy.”
