Clay Spencer Clay Spencer assumes the role of senior vice president-operations. Spencer joined Kokua Hospitality as general manager of the Chicago Allerton Hotel after holding the general manager title at Hyatt hotels around the country. In this new position, he will oversee Chicago region hotels and corporate operation areas including, sales & marketing, human resources, and revenue management.
