Grant Friedman has been appointed General Manager at Palm House in Palm Beach

This milestone appointment coincides with Palm House's MICHELIN Guide One Key distinction in its first year of operation, an honor awarded to the world's most exceptional hotel experiences.
With more than three decades of experience leading some of the world's most celebrated luxury hotels and resorts, Friedman brings a legacy of excellence, strategic leadership and a reputation for operational success to his new role. Throughout his career, he has held senior management roles with globally recognized brands including Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, Acqualina Resort & Residences, and Wymara Resort + Villas in Turks & Caicos, where he served as opening managing director for over a decade.
Most recently, he consulted with Kaleidoscope Hospitality on the forthcoming Whitfield Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, guiding the project's pre-opening strategy, operational design and positioning within the South Florida luxury market. A results-driven leader known for his collaborative management style, Friedman is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams who deliver exceptional service with authenticity and precision.
