Dr. Dimitris Koutoulas

Dr. Dimitris Koutoulas has been pursuing an international career as a tourism and hospitality consultant and project manager. His work in 38 countries has covered nearly every aspect of tourism planning, destination marketing, hotel development and operations as well as event management ranging from market research and DMO operations to digital marketing and staff training. His client list comprises national tourism organizations and DMOs, UN Tourism, major donor organizations such as the European Union, EBRD and the Asian Development Bank, industry associations as well as private businesses mostly from the hospitality sector and the events industry. He is Assistant Professor of Tourism Management at the University of Patras in Greece.
