Karen Holden is Vice President of Quality Assurance and Operational Analysis, Avendra, North America’s leading hospitality procurement services provider. With 25 years of experience in Foodservice and Hospitality, Holden has extensive experience in multi-unit management. She worked with HMS Host and spent 10 years with Marriott in distribution and quality assurance. Holden is a graduate of University of Florida Business School and Baltimore’s International Culinary College.
