He brings owners and brands an in-depth knowledge of urban and resort markets, brand management and food and beverage concepts to project delivery. Specializing in luxury boutique properties with up to 250 keys, Simon provides hospitality stakeholders with a unique perspective by merging traditional luxury hospitality with innovative concepts that result in millions of incremental revenue and profitable asset dispositions.
