Jens Busch

Jens Busch is Vice President at HVS Executive Search and based in Macau, China. Jens started his career in the hospitality and integrated casino resorts industry and has gained more than two decades of experience with Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, Jumeirah Hotels and Sands China Ltd. Jens is equipped with an extensive network and leadership insights which he leverages at HVS Executive Search to fulfill senior management appointments with clients across Europe and Asia Pacific. He graduated with a Diploma in Hotel Management and Tourism from MODUL Vienna School of Hotel and Tourism, subsequently his career took him to Salt Lake City, San Diego, London, Dubai, Kota Kinabalu, Guangzhou and Macau. Prior to joining HVS, Jens was most recently leading Marriott’s largest hotel rooms operations at the Sheraton and St. Regis Hotels in Macau with more than 4,000 rooms. In 2019 he completed the SC Johnson College of Business General Managers program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
