Mark Sherwin is an accomplished hospitality expert with 30+ years of on-property, regional, and corporate leadership roles in all segments of lodging. Mark upheld leadership positions during Sonesta brand launches and Marriot’s transition to the multi-brand model and oversaw over 200 branded hotel conversions during the pandemic. As the EVP of Operations, he led the growth of the hotel management company from 20 hotels and was a Certified Speaker for Ritz- Carlton Leadership Center specializing in guest experience, and delivering superior customer service presentations.
