We spoke with Mark Hamilton at HITEC in June and now, three months later, we speak to Mark again to find out what's happening with Aloha and what their impressive product Aloha HotelManager is all about. Mark Hamilton brings years of hospitality experience to this position, including hotel operations, technology consulting and higher education. Most recently, Hamilton was Director of Hospitality Consulting for Evans & Chastain, L.L.P. As a former Director of the Technology Research and Education Center (TREC) at the Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hamilton is well known and widely respected for his role in the development and testing of new and emerging technologies for the hospitality industry and for his involvement in landmark technology research. He frequently addresses national and international audiences on hospitality technology-related topics and has been a longtime contributor to a number of industry journals and trade publications.
