Berlin, The Radisson SAS Hotel Berlin has opened in a new building on the site of the former Radisson SAS Hotel, which closed three years ago. The hotel, built by DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, Hamburg, has 427 rooms and boasts one of the best locations, the largest aquarium and some of the most attractive views of the city.

Guests are greeted by an 82-foot high Aquadom lobby aquarium, with vibrantly colored reef landscapes, more than 2,500 exotic fish and over 250,000 gallons of water.

Over 100 guestrooms facing the atrium offer a direct view of the AquaDom. Guests and visitors will be able to travel through the aquarium in a glass-enclosed elevator to reach a sightseeing point and restaurant under the glass roof - allowing them to "scuba dive" without getting wet.

Two full-time divers will be responsible for the care and feeding of the fish and maintenance of the aquarium.
