Alimentaria FoodTech is an international trade show for food innovation, technology and ingredients, held at Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue and returning from 6 to 8 October 2026. Organised by Alimentaria Exhibitions, the fair brings together the entire production, processing and preservation value chain of the food and beverage industry, offering cross-cutting solutions from raw materials to commercial distribution. Its exhibition areas span key sectors such as SmartAgro, processing, ingredients, packaging and labelling, digitalisation and automation, food safety, refrigeration, handling and logistics, and industrial and auxiliary services. Through its exhibition floor, FoodTech Innovarena, Ingrenova area and the FoodTech Awards, Alimentaria FoodTech 2026 will once again serve as a hub for innovation, knowledge transfer and high-level networking between manufacturers, SMEs, technology centres, buyers and industry professionals from around the world.
