With over 20 years' spa, fitness and wellness experience, Lawrence was recruited to work on wellness integration, service excellence and revenue within Six Senses Spa.
His experience of pre-opening five-star spa resorts spans from Sheraton Spa in Saudi Arabia to Six Senses Spa in London to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Lawrence believes that "wellness is not only about one new treatment or the latest facial, but it is about listening to the guests, establishing what they really need and providing them with a positive experience".
Hehas completed courses on Leisure Management, Sports Therapy, Health and Fitness as well.
