The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa is proud to announce the appointment of industry veterans
Toby Scott-Long as director of operations, Bob Ducy as director of engineering and Tim Wright
as director of security. With more than half a century of combined experience, Scott-Long,
Ducy and Wright will continue to elevate the iconic resort’s legacy in the foothills of the Santa
Catalina Mountains.
Joining the team with more than 35 years of experience under his belt, Bob Ducy will manage
daily engineering and landscaping department operations. Ducy previously served as the
director of engineering at The Fairmont Orchid Hawaii, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Pointe
Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and various Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Ducy is credited with managing
more than $40 million in property capital investment projects while increasing J.D. Power guest
