Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina has appointed Hailee Concepción as Senior Assistant Director of Finance & Accounting of the luxury, private-island getaway. Concepción will handle day-to-day operations of the accounting department, such as monthly forecasts, financial reports, and profit and loss statements.
Concepción is also joining Scrub Island Resort from The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, where he was the Senior Assistant Director of Finance & Accounting. He began his nearly 20-year hospitality career at the New York Marriott Marquis Times Square and spent many years in the city before heading to the Caribbean. Concepción holds a degree in accounting and finance from City University of New York Baruch College.
