Lees aspires to elevate Raffles Spa into the premier wellness destination in Dubai by infusing the offering with immersive experiences.
After beginning her career in advertising, after a decade, Lees found a passion for health and wellness and obtained spa certifications and moved into the spa business in England. She then moved to Bermuda, Bahrain, the Maldives, Ukraine, Grand Cayman, and Hong Kong.
