The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre has named Nithin P. Aravind as its new assistant director of human resources. The experienced professional has dedicated more than a decade to the luxury hospitality space.
Aravind began his career with The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal in 2012, where he rose through progressive HR roles over nearly ten years. From HR coordinator to assistant recruitment manager, he was instrumental in strengthening recruitment processes, compliance, and talent development at the property.
His career then expanded across a number of luxury brands, including The Dubai Edition Hotel and W Dubai - The Palm, before taking on the role of preopening HR manager at The Biltmore Hotel Villas Dubai. In these positions, he led recruitment strategies, training initiatives, and performance management programmes, equipping teams to deliver on guest experience and operational excellence. At The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, Aravind will now oversee recruitment, talent development, and associate engagement.
