Formerly serving as Assistant Director of Catering, Stoeva brings deep institutional knowledge and a leadership foundation shaped through years of close collaboration with former catering director Jamie Breslin. Together, they helped guide an award-winning team responsible for some of the hotel's most renowned and complex events, cultivating a culture defined by mentorship, creativity, and elevated service.
In her expanded role, Stoeva leads with a vision grounded in intention, innovation, and highly personalized experiences.
