Hilton Doha The Pearl has appointed Lars Pursche as General Manager.
Pursche brings more than 25 years of international hospitality experience across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, leading hotels through commercial growth, operational change and repositioning. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Bahía in Spain, following a tenure at Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay in Egypt, where guest satisfaction and financial performance both improved under his leadership alongside a strong focus on team development.
As General Manager, Pursche will oversee the hotel's overall direction and guest experience as it continues to grow within Doha's hospitality market.
