Hyatt House Tampa Downtown and Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown are pleased to appoint Matthew Bejarano as the new director of food & beverage.
Bringing more than 15 years of experience in hotel operations, food and beverage consulting, and leadership, Bejarano brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. Bejarano returns to the hospitality industry following two years in the role of dual site community manager and transitions coordinator at Bryten Real Estate Partners, where he oversaw multi-property operations, restored operational consistency, and led due diligence, acquisitions, and dispositions across a 12-state portfolio. Prior to that, Bejarano served as the assistant director of operations at Hyatt Regency Miami, assistant general manager at Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown and Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown, and various food & beverage leadership roles at locations like The Westin Phoenix Downtown, Le Meridien New Orleans, and The Umstead Hotel & Spa.
