Katelyn brings a unique perspective shaped by her experience working as a front desk manager, overseeing bar and restaurant operations, and within the human resources department. A SHRM-certified professional, Kucera has twice been recognized as a Hyatt Leader of the Quarter and was nominated for the Massachusetts Lodging Association’s Stars of the Industry awards in the Outstanding Manager of the Year category.
Her people-first leadership approach will guide efforts to expand training and development opportunities for team members, including the next evolution of the hotel’s leadership development program.
