Sameh Zakhary è stato nominato Executive Chef presso Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge
Sameh is a Quincy native with deep roots in the Greater Boston hospitality community, with more than 20 years of culinary leadership experience to his new role. His background includes high-volume banquet operations, full-service hotels, specialty restaurants, and scratch kitchens.
Zakhary has led culinary teams responsible for large-scale events, corporate meetings, weddings, catering, restaurants, and lounges. In his new role, he plans to bring a stronger regional identity to the hotel’s culinary offerings through expanded partnerships with local farmers and vendors, new wedding and event menus, and the rollout of Le Petit Chef.
He is also passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of culinary leaders.
