The Industrialist Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy Gruenberg as the new director of food & beverage, with over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience.
Gruenberg is a dynamic and results-driven food and beverage leader, known for driving operational success, delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and elevating culinary programs. Throughout his career, Gruenberg has led food and beverage operations at several of the country’s most distinguished hospitality destinations, including Nemacolin Resort, Paws Up Luxury Ranch Resort, Joes Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab in Caesar’s Palace.
