Dreamscape Hospitality announces the promotion of Adam Patenaude to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), recognizing his leadership over the past two and a half years as President. Since joining the company and leading its launch, Patenaude has guided Dreamscape through a period of significant growth, operational excellence and strategic expansion, consistently exceeding performance goals.
By the end of its second full year operating hotels under Patenaude’s leadership, the Dreamscape Hospitality portfolio will span more than 40 hotels, delivering strong improvements across key performance indicators. The portfolio spans 13 major brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, along with multiple independent and boutique properties.
Looking ahead, the company has an extremely strong pipeline that will expand its national presence into new markets. To sustain this momentum and deliver continued value to owners, Patenaude continues to build a corporate support team of top hospitality talent with the expertise and resources to support the portfolio.
Dreamscape’s growth is also supported by its new corporate support center in McKinney, Texas, which was completed last year and will continue to serve as the hub for its expanding leadership and operations team.
