Hotel Check-In On-The-Fly - Hilton and Geotek
Geotek Communications Inc., a Montvale, N.J.-based provider of integrated voice and data solutions, installed a service for the Hilton Hotels Corp. that enables travelers to check into their hotels upon boarding the Newark Airport Hilton shuttle. The process was achieved by Geotek's systems integration subsidiary, GMSI, which developed Hilton's Mobile Zip-In by implementing Geotek's wireless network service, mobile workstation and GMSI's automatic vehicle locator mobile data solution.
