Comdial Corporation announces an enhanced Concierge™ hospitality communications solution designed for hotels catering to the business traveler. Concierge is an integrated hospitality solution operating on a single-platform Windows NT® server with state-of-the-art digital switching systems. This Concierge system is easily expandable, compatible with all major property management systems, and features Direct Inward Dialing (DID). DID transforms the hotel room into a professional workspace by allowing outside callers to telephone the room directly. Business office calls may be forwarded to this personal line and voicemail is standard with remote access and privacy passwords set by the guest.
Concierge also offers Comdial's popular Impact SCS business phone. This top-of-the-line speakerphone allows simultaneous voice and data access on a single line. Guests
