New York, NY -— Hotelevision announced today the hiring of five Regional Vice Presidents completing the company's national reach for the marketing of the company's television medium to the nation's top-tier hotel brands. Hotelevision has already contractually secured nearly 100,000 domestic hotel rooms. The new Regional Vice Presidents will help the expansion of hotel market penetration and will also help manage Hotelevision's service in contracted hotels.

Hotelevision, an upscale, advertiser-supported television medium delivers premium top-tier cable television networks programming to hotels. The company has corporate contracts with Hyatt Hotels, Omni Hotels, Winegardner & Hammons, and Wyndham International. As of the fourth quarter of 2000, Hotelevision has more than 40,000 hotel rooms receiving its package of programming with an installation run-rate of approximately 10,000 hotel rooms per month.

Lambert, Senior Vice President of Hotel Marketing and Distribution for Hotelevision. "In order to do this, we have sought executives with solid affiliate relations backgrounds who offer an exceptional level of customer service. I believe we have brought on board some of the best talent in affiliate relations which will power Hotelevision's continued expansion."

The members of the assembled account team have been assigned to specific regions of the country to focus exclusively on the hotel sector of the market.

The Southcentral region will be led by Ben Floor who has considerable experience in sales for the cable industry. His previous experience includes acting as Eastern Division Director of Affiliate Sales at The Recovery Network in Santa Monica, Territory Manager at Bravo and The Independent Film Channel in Dallas, and Northeast Regional Manager at Z Music Television in Dallas. Mr. Floor also has nine years of experience in regional management at various companies such as ADT Security Services in Dallas, where he served as a Regional Representative, and Allegiance Communications in Dallas, where he was a Major Account Manager. Mr. Floor received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas.

Jim Livingston joins Hotelevision as Regional Vice President for the Western region. He brings to the corporation six years of experience in regional management for the entertainment industry. Mr. Livingston previously worked for Starz Encore Group as a District Manager in Los Angeles and Atlanta, and for the Playboy Entertainment Group in Beverly Hills, as a Regional Sales Manager. Prior to Playboy, Mr. Livingston worked for FX Networks as a Sales Trainer and then as an Affiliate Sales and Marketing Manager. Mr. Livingston has a Master of Arts degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California, in addition to his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Baylor University.

The Southeast region will be managed by Stephen B. Goulas, who has more than twelve years of experience in regional management and sales. Mr. Goulas acted as Senior Account Manager for The Weather Channel in Atlanta, as well as District Manager for Starz Encore Group, also in Atlanta. He began his career in the healthcare industry working for Pharmacy Management Services in Tampa, and later Bruder Healthcare Company in Marietta. Mr. Goulas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Western Carolina University.

Kell Curtis joins Hotelevision as Regional Vice President for the Southwest. Mr. Curtis comes from the broadcast/cable television and entertainment industry. Most recently, he worked for USA networks within the independent broadcast group in Dallas as a Sales Account Executive and as a Marketing Executive with the CBS affiliate, KTVT in Dallas. Previously, Mr. Curtis worked for Disney/ABC in Dallas as an Assistant Promotions Director and for Z Music Television as a Marketing Show Coordinator. Mr. Curtis received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.

Barbara Karawacki rounds out the existing executive management team as Regional Vice President for the Midwest. She comes to Hotelevision with more than fifteen years experience in the cable and hotel industries as a sales and marketing director. Most recently, Ms. Karawacki served as the Central Regional Sales Manager for Bravo and The Independent Film Channel. Previously, she worked as the Director of Affiliate Sales and Marketing for The Box Music Network/DMX in Illinois. In addition, Ms. Karawacki worked for several major hotels in Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin, including Marriott, Sterling Hotel Group and Omni International, among others. She also has experience as a Regional Manager for Credit Management, INC in Chicago.
