MeetingMatrix Silver is a complimentary version of the company's software program for meeting planners. It enables event planners to download and view rooms through the Internet and MeetingMatrix's website. With access to more than 3,500 facilities in 50 countries worldwide, Silver allows users to virtually visit various locations and coordinate event details while sitting in front of any computer.

MeetingMatrix is continually adding new facilities to its roster of clients. In the past two months, it has added 32 customers to its portfolio of 3,500 meeting location sites.
