With "AltiraSpa", the Hotel Group Positions the First Concept with Transparent Quality Criteria

Augsburg/Munich - Full service marketing provider, lebensart global networks AG, has developed the new spa concept for German hotel group, ArabellaSheraton Hotelmanagement GmbH. With "AltiraSpa", ArabellaSheraton is the first company to bring clarity and a dependable quality structure to this growth market. As partner, lebensart global networks AG has been responsible for the conception of content and the entire visual marketing of this new brand, including creation of the name "AltiraSpa", claims, photography as well as the production of brochures for the brand's introduction to the market. Both parties have agreed not to comment on the financial value of the partnership.
The name "Altira" means "healing beauty", and is drawn from the ancient Greek words "Althea", the healing, and "Saphira", the beautiful. Oliver Bonke, Managing Director of ArabellaSheraton Hotelmanagement GmbH, considers the melodious name as more than just a catchword: "For us, it represents a whole mission. The polished concept is targeted at the growing demand for holistic treatments and therapies from all around the world. It presents an emotional experience, addressing all five senses, about personal evolution and a perception of ourselves".
The project represents the first time that an entire hotel group, with differing classes of hotel and wellness facilities, has created an overall spa brand, introducing clear brand structures. The concept is based on seven main themes: Beauty, Lifebalance, Vitality, Aqua, Harmony, Nature and Nutrition. Under these titles, various wellness and spa services will be offered, among them biopeeling, massage, sauna, walking, yoga, Reiki and a Vitalbar. These foundation pillars will, according to Bonke, make a transparent catagorization possible for all hotels within the ArabellaSheraton group. Quality control guidelines will also ensure reliable standards.
The first AltiraSpa will open shortly on Mallorca, and will serve as a pilot for the development of further locations, which the company is keen to bring to realization as swiftly as possible.
"AltiraSpa" was conceived at L-Design, a department of the lebensart division, lebensart services, directed by Remo Masala. The former Marketing Director of LTU Touristik GmbH, who took on the position of Chief Marketing Officer at lebensart global networks AG at the start of 2002, sees this contract as a successful example for the connected brand and communications competencies within the whole lebensart group.
