MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Radisson Hotels & Resorts today announced that it has added 14 new locations to its growing global organization during the first half of 2002, including four in Europe, one in India, and nine in North America. These new additions bring the total number of Radisson hotels throughout the world to 435 in 60 countries.

Europe

Radisson's European partner, Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, has recently opened the Radisson SAS Hotel Champs Elysees, Paris, in France in the finest area of the city, in front of the famous Arc de Triomphe and just off the Champs Elysées. The 46-room boutique hotel offers charm, ambiance and state-of-the-art facilities, including in-room amenities such as a television with plasma screen, a VCR, modem connection and a hairdryer. The hotel also has a health center with an indoor pool and a peaceful courtyard garden, and underground parking.

Radisson SAS has also recently added two Radisson hotels in the United Kingdom in Leeds, England; and in Limerick, Southern Ireland. The new hotel in Leeds is the fourth Radisson SAS hotel in the U.K., after London, Manchester, and Stirlingshire in Scotland. In Ireland, Radisson SAS currently manages hotels in Dublin and Galway, and plans to open a hotel in Letterkenny in the spring of 2003.

Located in an historic building in the heart of the city, the Radisson SAS Hotel Leeds is 35 miles from Manchester, midway between Edinburgh and London.

The 147-room property includes 40 Business Class rooms and one suite, with a choice of different rooms styles, such as Italian, Art Deco, and Hi-Tech. It also offers eight conference rooms accommodating up to 70 delegates. The hotel is one of the cornerstones of The Light, a new $153 million mixed-use hotel, shopping, and entertainment complex that includes restaurants, bars, fashion retailers, cinemas and a nightclub.

Formerly known as the Limerick Inn, and one of the top conference hotels in the area, the Radisson SAS Hotel Limerick is 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Shannon International Airport, an ideal hub for leisure travelers touring the country. The 154-room hotel has completed a major refurbishment and includes 25 Business Class rooms and two suites, and six refurbished meeting rooms, the largest accommodating up to 560 people, and a banqueting area seating up to 325 guests.

The hotel offers the best health and leisure facilities in Limerick including a sauna, steam room and a spa featuring an extensive range of beauty treatments, as well as a fully-equipped gym, aerobics studio and indoor pool. Porters restaurant serves both local and international cuisine or guests can enjoy a drink in the hotel's Irish pub. Limerick City, steeped in history and traditional Irish culture, is the third largest city in the Republic of Ireland and is situated on the Shannon, Ireland's longest river.

In Eastern Europe, the 162-room Radisson SAS Hotel Wroclaw in Poland, situated opposite the National Museum, is within walking distances to key city highlights including Market Square - the tourist, cultural and business heart of Wroclaw, the Academy of Art and the famous Panama Raclawicka - The Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice.

Asia

Radisson 's newest addition in Asia is the 104-room Radisson Hotel Jalandhar in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Situated in the heart of the business district, the hotel offers a Business Class floor with business lounge, a Business Center, and seven meeting rooms. The hotel also offers an on-site gymnasium, steam room, sauna, whirlpool and massage services. The Great Kabob Factory restaurant features Indian cuisine and there is also a 24-hour casual restaurant. This new addition brings the total number of Radisson hotels in India to four.

North America

Among the nine new hotels in North America, several are ideally located and suited to cater to both business and leisure guests alike, including the new Radisson Resort Hill Country in San Antonio, Tex., which is managed by Radisson Hotels & Resorts.

This full-service resort and spa is located one mile from SeaWorld San Antonio, and is situated on 27 rolling acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Offering 227 first-class guestrooms and suites, themed suites, and a 6,000-square-foot ASiRA spa, the resort is part of an exciting new concept combining a luxury resort hotel and an exclusive Carlson Park residential community of townhomes and condominiums.

In Canada, the Radisson Hotel Kingston Harbourfront in Ontario, Canada, is situated on the Kingston Harbour, the gateway to the beautiful 1000 Islands.
