One of Key West's Newest Resort Properties Becomes a Doubletree
KEY WEST, Fla.--Doubletree Hotels has announced the opening of the 216-room Doubletree Grand Key Resort. Formerly the Grand Key Resort, this newest Doubletree full-service resort will continue to be operated and managed by Heartland Hotel Corporation and owned by Keys Hospitality and Healthcare Limited Partnership, under a franchise license agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation.
Situated in the southernmost city in the continental United States, the Doubletree Grand Key Resort is situated on the quiet side of Key West, nestled adjacent to one of the most unique ecosystems in the Florida Keys, known as the Salt Ponds.
