Hotels.Com Sets Wartime Policy - Flexible Policy Allows for Cancellations and Changes without Penalty

"To better service our customers, Hotels.com is introducing a new flexible policy. Hotels.com will, for a period of 14 days from the commencement of military conflict or the announcement of "code red" security status, waive its change and cancellation fees for reservations made prior to such announcement. In addition, Hotels.com is waiving change fees one time for any reservations booked between March 18, 2003 and April 30, 2003," stated Bob Diener, president and co-founder of Hotels.com.
