The New Hampton Inn & Suites Grafton, Wisconsin Opens!
'Gateway to Grafton' Mix-Use Development Expands
American Design-Build, located in West Bend, Wisconsin and Kinseth Hospitality Corporation (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and management company, are pleased to announce the openingof the Hampton Inn & Suites - Grafton, an 83-unit, four-story hotel. The newly constructed hotel is locatedin the 'Gateway to Grafton' development, a 16-acre mixed-use development at the Interstate 43 and State Highway 60 interchange, just north of Milwaukee.
The "Gateway to Grafton" is a rapidly expanding commercial corridor inviting guests to experience local retail outlets,entertainment and a variety of restaurants. In addition to the Hampton Inn & Suites, the 'Gateway to Grafton' also featuresa recently opened BP convenience store that is owned and operated by Scott Sadownikow and Mike McClean of WisconsinConvenience Store Management. Wisconsin Convenience Store Management operates additional locations in West Bend,Richfield, Lomira, and Kewaskum.
The third business to be located within the 'Gateway to Grafton' development is an approximately 7,600 square foot WaterStreet Brewery to be owned and operated by RC Schmidt, who owns and operates a number of restaurants in the greaterMilwaukee area. The restaurant/brew-pub is expected to break ground in the near future.
Kraig Sadownikow of American Design-Build, the master developer of 'Gateway to Grafton' spent many months working withthe Village of Grafton, the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the United States Corps of Engineers tofinalize the site plan for the project. Mr. Sadownikow was also instrumental in ensuring that many 'green initiatives' were takenin the construction of the hotel including the installation of a state-of-the-art hot water system for the property.
Kinseth Hospitality Corporation in partnership with American Design-Build recently opened the Sleep Inn & Suites atMilwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport, and this partnership also developed and owns the Hampton Inn & Suitesin West Bend, Wisconsin.
