Pan Pacific Hotels Group Chooses SiteMinder's Leading Channel Managment Solution For Seamless Connectivity Between Opera And Online Booking Channels

International hotel management company, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, has signed with online hotel distributor, SiteMinder, to connect its Opera Central Reservation System (CRS) to major, global, online distribution channels.
Based in Singapore, Pan Pacific Hotels Group owns and/or manages over 30 hotels, resorts and serviced suites with over 10,000 rooms in Asia and North America including those under development. The Group comprises two well-known brands: Pan Pacific® and PARKROYAL®.
SiteMinder will provide a connector between Pan Pacific Hotels Group's Opera (ORS) Central Reservation System and third party hotel booking sites around the world including Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity, Wotif, Booking.com and Agoda. This will allow Pan Pacific Hotels Group to control their own online inventory including dynamic rates and availability straight from their CRS while receiving instant delivery of online reservations directly back into their CRS.
