She has expanded her services to spa consulting, building new spa concepts tailor made for the hotel industry
  • Milos Neumann provides his clients with advice on hotel development strategy, hotel project management, hotel franchise and management contract negotiation as well as pre-opening services
  • Manuel Sanchez assists resort owners and operators with both strategic and tactical advice, anchored in his 25 years of executive experience in the direction and management of Spanish resorts.
  • Francois Touzin provides consulting support and advice to address all operational and strategic developments of a hotel or resort including operational and market surveys, feasibility advice and management structures
  • Michael Vastardis provides clients with highly creative solutions to operational issues leveraging his wide experience of independent hotel properties as well as international hotel chains.
  • David Williams provides Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability advisory services, from the birth of a CSR concept and initial baseline audit, through operational integration, to company reporting within international standards. In addition, he has more than 40 years of financial control, preopening, operational and asset management experience in the hospitality industry.

Each of them brings different perspectives to improve our collective thinking and outcomes for clients. They all bring incredible learning from their executive and advisory experiences in leading hotels and hotel companies. We are indeed honoured to have each of them join the network.
