MICROS' eCommerce team partnered with Delta, one of Canada's largest independent hotel brands, to transform its website from a marketing focused site with a loyalty program component to an eCommerce transactional processing system. The new design offers increased guest personalization that better showcases Delta's signature membership program. The website utilizes improved categorization of content, allowing users to sort by both applicable interest area and by property location.
