InterContinental London - The O2 Partners with ESPA for new Luxury Spa
The InterContinental® London – The O2 has collaborated with leading spa brand, ESPA, to provide a full range of signature treatments and ESPA products exclusively within its new luxury Spa, operated by The Arora Group.
With over 20 years' experience building award-winning spas in five continents, and with a pioneering collection of natural spa products and treatments, ESPA stands at the forefront of today's global spa industry as an authority on spa creation. Proud of their British heritage, and with offices across the world, they share their passion, vision and experience with only the finest hotels.
The Spa's aesthetic, in keeping with the iconic style of the InterContinental brand, draws on the hotel's location within historic Royal Greenwich and local influences of the East India Trading Company, with bespoke printed mosaic tiles, sumptuous rugs and delicate die-cut pendant lighting inspired by the area's trading of porcelain and silks as far back as the 18th century. In addition, The Spa has been designed to include exotic textures and luxurious materials such as gold gilt and blue pearl granite as well as heavy timbers inspired by Greenwich's historic naval ships and merchant dock yards.
