Key highlights:

  • U.S. weekly occupancy decreased slightly for the second consecutive week to 48.2%.
  • Weekend occupancy also fell week-over-week to 54.7%.
  • Each of the six classes saw an occupancy decline from the week prior. Three of the six classes reached 50% occupancy: Economy (54.3%), Upper Midscale (51.0%) and Midscale (50.8%).
