It offers a new way for hotel owners, managers, and franchisees of mainstream hotel brands to complete projects on-time and on-budget with a stress-free process, so they can get back to their guests and what matters.

By providing a transparent, all-in-one platform HotelFurniture.com has eliminated duplicate and redundant work, unforeseen delays, lost or delayed information, and uncertainty regarding the quality or price of the product. Users can choose from brand-approved guest rooms, visualize rooms with 3D renderings, and receive a quote, all before submitting a deposit.

Users simply choose the brand flag and populate its approved designs and vendors, then see what guest rooms will look like in 3D color and rendering before receiving an estimated quote. Once users choose to move forward with the project, HF's design team will cross-check floor plans, submit to the brand for approval, and work through any questions. Users will be able to see all of their projects, products, and timelines in one place with self-serve dashboards. Then, hotel owners get back to the running of their hotel as HF procures the items, and organizes and tracks delivery.

The platform is initially being offered to four brand flags: Comfort, Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and Sleep Inn, but HF will work with all major hotel brands (Choice, Hilton, IHG, and Marriott) and continue to grow the brand flags that they work with throughout the coming months.
