Jenné Lombardo è stato nominato Global Fashion Director presso W Hotels Worldwide

W Hotels Worldwide today announced the appointment of Jenné Lombardo, entrepreneur and style maven, as its new Global Fashion Director. For more than 12 years, W Hotels has had a continuous commitment to fashion, and in 2010 appointed the first-ever Global Fashion Director for a hospitality brand – Amanda Ross. As the W brand continues to expand its international footprint and opens in fashion capitals around the world, Lombardo, a global trendsetter with a knack for identifying what’s new and next in fashion, will be instrumental in developing strategic initiatives and partnerships that showcase W’s innovative point of view on fashion.

Jonathan Wyman è stato nominato Director of Development for North America presso Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG)

Mike Seyle, WATG president and CEO, announced the appointment of Jonathan Wyman as director of development, North America. In his new role, Wyman will work closely with the firm’s senior leaders to build relationships and create new business opportunities throughout North America for the firm’s core service lines of architecture, interiors, planning, landscape, and strategy. Previously, Wyman was vice president of business development at ValleyCrest Companies. Prior to that, he was vice president and director of business development at SB Architects.

Ron Harrison è stato designato come Global Officer, Architecture and Construction presso Marriott International, Inc.

Mr. Harrison, a 28-year veteran of the company, will oversee the company’s global architecture and interior design, construction management, estimating, finance, procurement services, and corporate facilities in his new role. Most recently, he has served as Senior Vice President of Full Service Domestic Design and Project Management for the Architecture and Construction division. In this position, he has been responsible for the design and construction of new hotel products and concepts, conversions of existing lodging products to Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Edition and Autograph Collection brands, and ongoing renovations of existing full-service properties throughout the United States and Canada.

Joe Ferry è stato nominato Senior Vice President, Global Guest Experience and Design presso InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)

Based in the IHG head office in Denham, just outside London, he will report to Tom Seddon, Chief Marketing Officer. In this new role, Joe will be responsible for ensuring the seven IHG brands including Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo remain unique and innovative, while delivering what guests need and want from their hotel stay.

Amy Hulbert è stato nominato director of design presso BWH Hotels

In this role, she ensures consistent design quality for the brand, and also leads refinement and implementation of design standards and requirements for the brand’s new descriptor program. Prior to joining Best Western, Hulbert spent twelve years with Hilton Hotels Corporation, most recently serving as director of interior design for Latin America and the Caribbean. With Hilton, Hulbert oversaw design for Hilton’s 10 brands in the 43 countries that make up the Latin American region, working on projects such as the Hilton Iguazu Falls in Argentina, the Hilton Bogota, the Panama City Hilton, the Palmer House Hilton renovation, and focused-service properties such as the Hampton Inn in Chiapas, Mexico.

Amanda Ross è stato nominato first ever Global Fashion Director presso Starwood Hotels & Resorts

From Paris Fashion Week, W Hotels Worldwide, the hotel category buster and industry innovator, tonight celebrates an industry first, the appointment of international stylist and fashion authority Amanda Ross as the brand’s first ever Global Fashion Director. For more than 10 years, W has continually broken new ground through innovative and first-of-its-kind fashion initiatives and programs. As W Hotels continues to grow globally, on track to increase its footprint to more than 50 hotels by 2011, Ross will serve as a strategic fashion advisor to the brand, providing global insight and guidance for an integrated, cutting-edge approach to fashion. Ted Jacobs è stato designato come Vice President, Brand Design presso Starwood Hotels & Resorts

In his new role, Jacobs will head a team in charge of setting the creative vision for Starwood’s luxury and design-driven brands, including W Hotels, Le Méridien, St. Regis and The Luxury Collection. Specifically, Jacobs will oversee the design studio that directs the interior creative concepts and executes all style guidelines for the four brands across Starwood’s leading global portfolio. He reports to Mike Tiedy, Senior Vice President Brand Design & Innovation. Jacobs brings to Starwood more than 20 years of design, brand-building and business expertise. Most recently he was a Principal and Design Director at Gensler, a global architecture, design and planning firm with 32 offices and almost 2,500 professionals in Asia, UK, and the Americas.

Michaelangelo L’Acqua è stato nominato Global Music Director presso W Hotels Worldwide
