Brian Colan, Jr. è stato nominato Associate Director of Sales presso Salamander Middleburg
A Loudoun County, Virginia, native with extensive experience in hospitality sales and marketing, Colan brings a broad background spanning luxury hospitality, hotel operations and regional sales leadership to the property.
In his new role, Colan will support Salamander Middleburg’s sales strategy and performance, with a focus on continuing to grow the resort’s leisure, group, corporate, meetings and events segments while strengthening relationships throughout Washington, D.C., Virginia and the greater Mid-Atlantic region.
Colan joins Salamander Middleburg from B. F. Saul Hospitality, where he served as area director of sales and marketing for the Dulles Region. In that role, he oversaw sales strategy and performance for seven hotels and a full-service conference center.
Colan has also held sales and marketing leadership and on-property positions with Hilton, Hyatt and The Ritz-Carlton. His experience across these organizations has provided him with a broad understanding of hospitality operations, luxury brand standards and sales strategy.
