Waldemar (Javier) Lopez has been promoted to Director of Housekeeping. He was previously Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort and was part of the hotel's opening team. He has also held leadership positions with Norwegian Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises.
Jason Moss has been promoted to Director of Rooms. Moss joined Loews Hotels & Co in 2011 and held positions at Loews Coronado Bay Beach Resort and the former Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort. After arriving in Orlando, he served as Front Office Manager on the opening team for Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort and was promoted to Director of Guest Services in 2016.
Romei joins Faena Hotel Miami Beach with over twenty-five years of concierge experience, most recently serving as the Chef Concierge of The Waldorf Astoria and Waldorf Towers in New York City. He has also served as the Chef Concierge for Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. Romei is the former General Secretary of the prestigious international organization Les Clefs D'Or and served on their International Executive Committee for 10 years. Romei has a BA from Manhattanville College and a MA in International Studies from New York University. He is Founding President of the Southern Florida Concierge Association as well as an Honorary Member of Les Clefs d'Or UICH International.

In her new position, Wooten is responsible for coordinating meetings, conventions and events at the 11-acre, award-winning resort. Prior to joining Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island, she was Catering Sales Manager at The Ridge Hotel in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Wooten's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Catering at Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California; Catering and Conference Services Manager at Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, Colorado; and Event Sales Manager at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, she spent two years in Thailand as a fifth grade teacher at a government school in the English program. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, with a concentration in Event Management.
Kent joined Sea Island in 2014 as the Director of Spa and Salon, expanding that role to include oversight of Fitness and Tennis. She successfully led her team in achieving the highest score in the Spa's history, obtaining a place on the Forbes Verified List in 2018. This designation is awarded to only 30 spas worldwide, making Sea Island the home of one of the world's most luxurious spas. Kent has also served as Past Chairman of the Board for the International Spa Association

With 15 years of managerial experience in luxury hospitality, she joins the property from the Arlo Soho hotel in New York City, where she was director of rooms and a pre-opening team member since March 2016. She started her career as an assistant housekeeping manager for the Parker Meridien in New York, and worked her way up in landmark properties in the city including Jumeirah Essex House Hotel (now Marriott), Fairmont The Plaza, Hilton Fashion District, The Manhattan Affinia Collection, where she oversaw refurbishments in all properties. Chidiac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism & Hotel Management from the University of Balamand in Lebanon.

In the absence of the general manager, Mr. Goval takes over a wide range of his responsibilities. Most recently, Mr. Goval was General Manager of the Hotel Indigo Berlin - Ku'damm where he enhanced guest satisfaction, improved employee engagement to high levels and increased revenue and financial metrics by double-digits as the Hotel Indigo transitioned from a franchise to a managed property. Mr. Goval opened the first Hotel Indigo in Paris as assistant general manager and served as assistant guest services manager and house keeping manager coordinating a team of 60 at the InterContinental Park Lane in London. His first resort experience was at the InterContinental Berchtesgarden, Bavaria in Germany. Mr. Goval graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland as class valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management. A native French speaker, he is also fluent in English and German.
