BOSTON / Sept. 30, 1999--Passkey.com, Inc., has named veteran hospitality industry executive William S. Watson to its Board of Directors.

Watson is an international hotel marketing executive and expert consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He is president of WSRW Enterprises LLC, a company focused on joint ventures and developments in the travel industry; co-managing director of Alliance Solutions Group LLC, a worldwide travel and hospitality industry consulting practice; and also a principal in the Stratus Management Group Inc. Previously, he was responsible for worldwide operations, marketing and information systems as executive vice president of Best Western International, the world's largest hotel chain. Prior to that, Watson was vice president and director of rooms and reservations for ITT Sheraton Corporation. He has also served as vice chairman of Pegasus Systems, Inc. PEGS, the holding company for THISCO (The Hotel Industry Switch Company) and HCC (Hotel Clearing Corporation), and was on the Board of Signature Inns of Indianapolis. Currently, Watson also serves on the Board of Integrated Lodging Systems of Scottsdale, Arizona.
