Heaton joined Waterford Hotel Group in 1997 and has held numerous management positions since that time, including general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell and resident manager of the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton. He also previously served as general manager of Waterford-managed properties throughout the United States. Heaton resides in Salem, CT and is the former president of the Connecticut Lodging Association and lodging representative for the Connecticut Restaurant Association.
Rajab joined Waterford in 2005 and most recently served as general manager for the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell, Connecticut. He previously served in a number of positions for Waterford, including rooms division manager at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton and general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Norwich. Rajab currently resides in Pawcatuck, CT. He has held positions on numerous committees and tourism organizations in the Southeastern CT area, including the Mystic Chamber of Commerce and the Mystic Coast and Country Group and Tourist Information Center.
