On 3rd November Clock Software announced the release of a new add-on to its Clock PMS hotel system designed to boost conversion and increase direct sales for hotels. 

Clock PMS is a cloud based hotel management system, which integrates in one single core traditional property management system features and unique guest engagement functions.

Q: How does the new functionality integrate with the rest of the functions in Clock PMS?

On one hand, the composing and sending of the booking enquiry are located in the existing Rate & Availability screen where the quick checks for free rooms and prices are made, so users don't need to learn new tricks with new screens or procedures. The content of the enquiry follows the conversation with the client naturally.
On the other hand, we are working on the second step of the project, where the enquiry will be integrated with the existing web reservation system. This will allow clients to complete their bookings on their own in the hotel website if they wish to do so."

Q: What other options does Clock PMS offer for digital interaction with guests?
