Chicago – Sertifi, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of Sertifi with Oracle Hospitality OPERA, eliminating paper authorization forms and the manual entry of payments into OPERA altogether. The new integration automates the payment and authorization process for front desk, reservations and sales and catering groups, while minimizing PCI scope with PCI compliance and validating payments in real time at the time of online capture.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. With Sertifi, hotel guests and meeting planners can conveniently submit payments online, taking an average of five minutes instead of 90 minutes with paper-based processes. The integration removes human touch from the payment collection phase, eliminating the risk of re-keying errors, sensitive data exposure, and laborious administration duties for everyone involved.
