Meliá PRO Travel Labs Launches for Travel Advisors in the United States
MIAMI, FL - The past seven months have completely transformed the travel industry. In response, Meliá Hotels International (MHI) has created a new virtual community dedicated to closer communication and relationship rebuilding with agent partners.
Meliá PRO Travel Labs program interacts on social media directly with travel agents to identify needs, destinations of interest, and even best times for virtual events. Meliá PRO Travel Labs already has more than 6,750 members on social media and has welcomed more than 12,800 participants on the live webinars.

The company has partnered with Bureau Veritas, an industry leader in inspection, certification, and testing, to ensure the Meliá Hotels International system is achieving the highest standards in the management of preventative measures to combat COVID-19 in its hotels worldwide. The 390 hotels around the globe have modified their facilities and redesigned all their processes to reduce direct interaction and maintain hygiene standards and social distancing across each property.
