Expedia Group today announced that key insights from Rev+, Expedia Group's revenue performance solution, is available to select hospitality technology companies through a new application programming interface (API). An industry-first, Expedia Group's connectivity providers can now make proprietary data science insights from Rev+ directly available to their users using this API at no additi onal cost. The Sabre SynXis' platform is the first connectivity partner to integrate the revenue performance insights into their platform. Expedia Group plans to onboard more connectivity partners through next year.

Rev+, also available in Expedia Group's Partner Central, helps lodging partners make data-driven decisions based on real-time market demand trends, increasing their competitiveness and overall revenue performance. The API will externalize the insights from Rev+ to connectivity provider platforms like property management systems and central reservation systems. It will create operational efficiencies and improve decision-making for the lodging partners that use these platforms to manage their day-to-day operations.

Rev+ Insights API provides crucial insights to help lodging partners drive revenue performance. Price optimization alerts notify lodging partners when they could optimize rates. Market recovery insights highlight how the lo dging partner's market & submarket are recovering from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the API provides access to competitive rate data that the partner can choose to customize.
