Jumeirah Group to operate two hotels under its Zabeel House by Jumeirah brand at Al Seef
Jumeirah Group, the global luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, today announced that it has signed a management agreement to operate two hotels under its Zabeel House by JumeirahTM brand at Al Seef, a bustling destination by Meraas on the south bank of Dubai"s much-loved creek. The two hotels will open Spring 2018 with booking channels already open, including www.zabeelhouse.com

The two properties will be located within the contemporary area of Al Seef, comprising a total of 350 room-keys. The hotels will be the first to open under the Zabeel House by JumeirahTM brand, launched in January 2018 with a promise to focus on locations at the heart of interesting and exciting neighbourhoods and created for the traveller who wants to enjoy Jumeirah"s award-winning hospitality in a more relaxed and casual setting.
High on design but low on complexity, hotels under the new brand will offer brilliant basics and unexpected extras set in an upscale, casual environment, perfect for anyone looking for adventure, socialising or somewhere fabulous to retreat to.
Located adjacent to Al Fahidi historical district and the Embassy district, Al Seef is rooted in Dubai"s culture and heritage, with a charming atmosphere that resonates throughout its distinct heritage and contemporary areas. The first phase of the 2.5 million square feet destination opened in late 2017 and the development will be completed in 2018. In addition to the Zabeel House by JumeirahTMhotels, Al Seef will house an additional 200 room-key heritage hotel, an authentic souk, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, Emirati craft workshops, handicraft stores, a floating market, a 68-berth marina for private yachts, and links to the Dubai water taxi network.
