OMNIYAT’s announces second Dorchester Collection property in Dubai
OMNIYAT has initiated the construction of its latest project, VELA, in partnership with Dorchester Collection in Dubai. This development comes on the heels of OMNIYAT's recent acquisition of the Marasi Bay Marina in Business Bay. VELA, a brainchild of Foster + Partners for design and Gilles & Boissier for interior aesthetics, is set to be a 150-meter high structure, covering over 270,000 square feet across 30 floors. It will house 38 luxury, fully-furnished residences.
The architectural marvel will feature unique wraparound terrace pools and transparent glass façades, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Executive Chairman of OMNIYAT, expressed enthusiasm about the rapid progress of VELA, which began just four months after its launch. He also highlighted the transformation of Marasi Bay Marina into a premier luxury destination.
VELA's amenities are set to include an infinity-edge lap pool, a spacious triple-height gym, a spa suite, a salon, a cinema room, and valet services, among others. Residents will experience personalized services, enhanced by the Dorchester Collection's renowned hospitality.
The development, situated adjacent to OMNIYAT's The Lana, ensures that VELA residents will have access to The Lana's hotel services and a convenient golf-buggy service along the promenade.
